Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and makmak24 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible athttps://makmak24.cam ("the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including players from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations in Malaysia and abroad where use of the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the makmak24 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum age requirement with no exceptions. makmak24 operates a strict21+ policy for all real-money activity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of makmak24, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform and are not subject to any active exclusion order.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Only one Account is permitted per person and per household address. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual are considered a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated Accounts.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. makmak24 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, makmak24 is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to accepting deposits above specified thresholds. You may be requested to provide:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank account statement).
• Such additional documentation as may be required for enhanced due diligence purposes.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by makmak24 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal capabilities. KYC documents are stored securely in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree to notify makmak24 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. makmak24 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where the User has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

makmak24 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and selected cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment provider and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. Processing times are typically instant for e-wallet and DuitNow transfers, and 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers. makmak24 does not charge deposit transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit to the same Account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet in the Account holder's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and review any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

makmak24 targets withdrawal processing within 1–24 hours of approval. In cases requiring enhanced verification, processing may take up to 5 business days. makmak24 does not impose withdrawal transaction fees; however, payment providers may apply charges at their discretion.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to AML screening. makmak24 reserves the right to delay, withold, or return funds and to request additional documentation where transactions give rise to AML concerns. Suspected fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

makmak24 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, VIP rewards, and referal bonuses from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms including, but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: The multiplier applied to bonus funds (and in some cases the deposit amount) before the bonus balance is eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Certain promotions may restrict eligible games or categories. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Bet: While a wagering requirement is active, a maximum bet limit may apply per spin or per wager. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus rollover period may be voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

makmak24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Abuse of promotions — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in coordinated low-risk betting strategies specifically to extract bonus value — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potentially the permanent closure of the Account.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the makmak24 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable betting rules before placing a wager.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the makmak24 system and confirmation reference issued. Until such confirmation is received, no contract of wagering exists between the User and makmak24. In the event of system errors during bet placement, makmak24 reserves the right to void affected bets.

7.2 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and reopening at the Company's discretion, particularly around significant match events such as goals, red cards, or injuries. Bets accepted prior to a suspension will stand; bets submitted during a suspension period may be rejected.

7.3 Palpable Errors

In the event that odds, lines, or payouts are published in error (a "palpable error"), makmak24 reserves the right to void bets placed at eroneous prices, irespective of whether bets have already been settled. Users who reasonably knew or should have known that an error existed are not entitled to retain winings generated from palpable errors.

7.4 Maximum Winings

Maximum winnings per bet, per day, and per event may apply and are published on the Platform. makmak24 reserves the right to limit the stakes and/or winings of individual Users at its absolute discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the makmak24 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in accessing the Platform under a false identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any mechanical or electronic means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting schemes with other Users or external parties.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or calculation errors to generate profits. Any winings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Using the Platform to facilitate payments on behalf of third parties.
• Accessing the Platform while self-excluded or while subject to any account restriction.
• Attempting to circumvent geolocation or age verification controls.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing makmak24 staff or other Users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the makmak24 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of makmak24 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The makmak24 name, brand, and logo are proprietary trademarks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from makmak24.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, makmak24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. makmak24 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

makmak24's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

makmak24 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described therein.

Personal data collected includes registration information, identity verification documents, transaction records, device identifiers, and usage data. This data is used to operate your Account, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including KYC/AML requirements), and improve the Platform. makmak24 does not sell personal data to third parties.

Responsible Gambling

Users have access to the following responsible gambling tools at any time through their Account settings:

Amendments to These Terms

makmak24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending a notification to the registered email address associated with your Account — no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your Account. We will return any remaining balance in your Account, subject to verification of your identity and the absence of any ongoing bonus wagering obligations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which makmak24 holds its gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the Company's internal complaints process.

14.1 Internal Complaints Process

We will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days. For complaints that cannot be resolved internally, Users may escalate to the relevant licensing authority or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme as notified on the Platform.
